Meet Fiona Sanders
For almost two decades, Fiona has been farming and making her artisan soaps here in Yamhill County. Raising her family while enjoying the bounty of Oregon's beautiful Wine Country has given her the unique opportunity to blend her talents and toil into some of the most luxurious handmade soaps imaginable.
All of her unique and irresistible soaps are made by hand, the way our great grandmothers used to do. She grows most of the herbs and flowers she uses in her formulations and creates each batch with a rich Olive and Coconut Oil base. Many soaps are made using vegetable or corn oil, but Fiona feels that those ingredients are just too harsh on the skin, and that is an area she just won’t compromise!
“Our skin works really hard to protect us from the world, and various pollutants,” she says, “and we should do everything we can to take care of it and nourish it. It’s an affordable luxury I’m excited to share with you!”
Here at Lange and Co. we can’t get enough of her amazing soaps. Wendy is addicted to the Victorian Rose and the Lavender Fields is a customer favorite. Be sure to swing by and check out these indulgent necessities!
